E347-15 is an alkaline coating type stainless steel electrode containing niobium stabilizer. It has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. Using DC reverse connection, all-position welding can be performed.
Used for welding important corrosion-resistant Cr18Ni11 stainless steel containing titanium or niobium stabilizer, such as 06Cr18Ni11Ti, 06Cr18Ni11Nb, etc.

Welding parts are inspected by professional quality departments. For welds requiring radiographic testing, at least 20% of the full length must be tested. If defects are found, supplementary testing is performed near the site. For critical components, geometric shape and appearance are inspected 100%.
Selection Guide: If the equipment supports DC reverse connection and requires high structural capacity, E347-15 is preferred for its alkaline coating, better toughness, and crack resistance. If AC/DC dual-use is required, E347-16 is recommended for better processability.
E347-15 (A137) Scenarios: Critical corrosion-resistant parts like chemical containers and high-temperature pipelines. Maintain layer temperature ≤150℃.
E347-16 (A132) Scenarios: On-site maintenance and complex welding positions, especially with AC welding machines. Easy to operate with stable forming.
